One by one they fall
Vibrant despite their nature
Death can be lovely

Awkward The cacophony of lunch appalls me as I walk into the room.Awkward by ~Sana-girl
I almost turn around and leave but that's when I spy you.
You're sitting there so quietly, your nose deep in your book.
"Are you inhaling words?" I wonder.
No wait that's not how it works!
Your eyes glance up and meet mine and you smile cordially.
Then back to sentences and punctuation! As for me?
I'm flying! Oh I'm sailing! Oh I'm thinking of my dreams!
The ones where we get married and live in a cottage by the sea?
Before I have a chance to tell them "firmly on the ground!"
My legs and feet are moving, maneuvering through the crowd.
And now I'm here before you though

Man and Woman A long time ago there was naught but a manMan and Woman by ~Sana-girl
He stood all alone at the edge of the sand
As waves crashed before him he wished for a friend
Someone to run with him until the end.
He prayed to the God in the Heaven above
To give him a person whom he could love
That night his God formed him a gift as he slept
From grass and from branches, then away he crept.
When man awoke the very next day
A figure beside him lay in the sun's rays
Her hair was as golden as a bee's honey sweets
And his eyes and voice sung with wild disbelief.
The man and the woman soon into love fell
And lost themselves in its joyous spell
They danced all day long am

An Ode to Cats and Their Pets You are so fluffy and adorableAn Ode to Cats and Their Pets by ~Sana-girl
Like little cotton balls of downy fluff
Your purr sounds like a mini motor boat
That scratch you just gave me hurts quite badly
Your litter box is so despicable
I should know; it wafts at me in great puffs
When it is scooped it should go in a moat
Though I have to clean is each day, sadly
But I promise I'm not miserable
You were, simply, made to be sweet enough
And I know your eyes do constantly gloat
That I am your slave, and very gladly.
